AEC Regent III East Lancs Highbridge 1952
In 1951 the familiar East Lancs double deck design underwent a number of changes the most obvious being the window treatment.. Slightly thicker pillars were introduced and the windows themselves gaining a radius on all four corners. Most were built to five bay construction with exposed radiators but a number were also built with concealed radiators and the so called `new look` fronts ( see table for operators and conversion possibilities).
