BET Standard 36' Bus |

In 1962 B.E.T. introduced a standard 36' bus body. These were built by
Willowbrook, Weymann and Marshall. This
kit represents the first series, which featured flat glass windscreens and 6 bay side
windows.
Several B.E.T. companies purchased them on
A.E.C. Reliance and Leyland Leopard chassis. They could be found in the following fleets.
P.M.T. Western Welsh, Hebble, County, Yorkshire Traction, East Yorkshire, Crosville,
Maidstone & District, Northern.
They were also supplied to Midland Red as
the LS 18 the subject of another Little Bus Co kit. Other fleets also operated this
popular prototype either from new or second hand. These include King Alfred, Fishwick,
Birch, Hants & Dorset, United Counties. |

- Resin one piece body
- Resin chassis/seating unit

- Steering wheel & column
- Leyland wheel set ( 6 wheels 2 axles )
- Glazing and printed windscreen

destination screens, fleetnames and numbers, number plates etc. and, also, the range of
